One of the first steps that you need to check after your account has been moved to Office 365 is the billing information. This checks to see if your credit card is valid and will be used to bill for your Office 365 services. If you do not have a valid credit card on file Microsoft will stop services on the next billing cycle. To avoid this please do the following steps.

  1. Go to https://portal.microsoftonline.com

  2. Sign-in with your credentials. Once logged in click on the Manage link on the left side under the Subscriptions heading.

  3. Click on your subscription on the Billing and subscription management page.

  4. This will open your subscription details page. On the right side of the page you will see the payment details, click on the Edit link underneath it.

  5. You will then be taken to your Change payment detials screen where you can enter your new credit card information.
